What is the fulfilment service?

Welcome to our dedicated fulfilment service; we're here to be your physical goods handler – limited to merchandise and vinyl, of course. 

Here's what you can expect when you use our Fulfilment service: 

• Dedicated Fulfillment Center: The fulfilment centre is responsible for managing and handling your physical inventory, which may include CDs, tapes, vinyl records, and clothing-related merchandise to see the complete list of items we accept, please check the fulfilment form.
  
  
• Marketplace Placement: After receiving and approving your physical items. Your stock will appear in the Merch section on our website and your artist/label profile. Allowing you to kickstart sales to your fanbase.
  
  
• Shipping to Fans: The fulfilment centre handles order shipping to your fans. This includes managing the shipping process, including returns.
  
  
•  Customer Service Duties: We handle customer enquiries for you, queries, returns, and other related issues.
  
  
• No Extra Costs: If you have an artist or label account with us, you can use our basic fulfilment services are covered as part of the subscription plan, with optional upgrades. We take 0% of your market sales.
  
  

Please note our minimum fulfilment order is 10 pieces of your merchandise or vinyl. If your current assortment falls short of the numerical quota, don't worry – return whenever the goal of achieving a minimum count inspires you. We’ll wait!
