Can I cancel my On Demand Vinyl campaign?

You can cancel your On-Demand Vinyl campaign at its scheduled end date. You cannot cancel at any time prior. The campaign page cannot be removed until the specified end date. 

If you didn't reach your campaigns goal at its end date, you can cancel the project, resulting in automatic refunds for all backers. Alternatively, at any point during the campaign, you can personally cover the remaining balance if the reservations fall short.

This precautionary measure is in place to safeguard individuals reserving On Demand vinyl, to prevent confusion and disappointment to those who are following a campaigns progress. 

It also ensures that our service is utilised by dedicated artists and labels willing to actively promote their campaigns. That's why we kindly urge you to exercise mindfulness when using this service:

• Decide if you have a sufficient fan base to support your campaign.
  
  
• Dedicate time to actively promote the campaign.

You must update your fans if the campaign doesn't achieve its intended success, via your usual social media and communication channels. AC55ID does not update, send notifications or contact any backers of your campaign, and we do not offer services on the platform to enable you to bulk message the campaign's backers.
