How do I report offensive content?

We're sorry to hear you want to report a profile; we will investigate all reports we receive. We do not tolerate abuse, hate speech, or inappropriate behaviours on the platform. Our community should feel safe here at all times. 

It's important to remember that we have things we have a preference for, our likes and dislikes; concerns such as explicit lyrics in music or nudity in release artwork are not report-worthy issues here. Please be sure only to report artists who breach our community standards.

Here are some examples of when it's time to click report.

• Violations of Community Standards:
  Users can report content that breaches the community standards established by the music marketplace. This encompasses instances such as artwork or language that advocates hate or violence against others.
  
  
• Intellectual Property Infringement:
  If a user notices that an artist or label is using copyrighted material without permission, they can report it as a potential case of intellectual property infringement.
  
  
• Scams or Fraudulent Activity:
  Users may report if they suspect an artist or label is engaged in fraudulent activities, such as selling non-existent products, misleading promotions, or any form of scam.
  
  
• Misrepresentation or False Information:
  If an artist or label is providing false information about their music, services, or products, users might report it to bring attention to the misrepresentation.
  
  
• Security Concerns:
  Users may report to protect the community if they encounter profiles or content that pose a security risk, such as phishing attempts, malware, or any other online threat.
  
  
• Abuse or Harassment:
  Users experiencing or witnessing abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour from an artist or label may use the report feature to address these issues.

To report an artist's or label's profile, click on the three dots and click Report Artist 

In cases of technical issues related to the artist's or label's content, such as broken links, incorrect metadata, or problems with the purchasing/download process, please refrain from clicking report. Instead, contact us here.
